Includes content of our Silver Service

Our Gold Service includes all the features of our Silver Service, and provides you with extra ‘peace of mind’. Although an infrequent occurrence, even the best tenants can be subject to unexpected changes in their circumstances, redundancy, illness, relationship break-up etc. During the first 6 months of the tenancy, should there be any non-payment of rent, an insurance policy continues to pay you the rent for up to 7 months. Our Gold Service also includes insurance cover that pays any legal costs incurred by you in obtaining vacant possession due to non-payment of rent.
