Our Platinum Service provides you with a very high level of care, with Ashwood Property Management taking on full responsibility for the management of your property. We deal with any property or tenant issues so that all of the potential management hassles such as arranging for repairs and regular property inspections are taken care of. Additionally, as with our Gold Service, our Platinum Service includes a rental warranty to provide you with extra security and peace of mind.

 

Ashwood Property Management will;

 

-     Arrange for any property maintenance and repairs as per your instructions. *

 

-     Carry out quarterly property visits and report to you.

 

-     Liaise between you and the tenant.

 

-     Supervise that the tenant complies with the Terms of the Tenancy Agreement.

 

-     Review rental values and manage renewal of tenancies.

 

-     Arrange for checkout of the tenant at the end of the Tenancy.

 

* We will normally deal with small repairs (up to the value of £250.00) on your behalf without contacting you, provided you have given us permission on our Landlord Information form. We usually recommend this approach to our clients since this avoids unnecessarily troubling you. We will also deal with major repairs on your behalf if you would like us to do so. We normally obtain estimates from reputable local contractors, and contact you for your instructions prior to proceeding.
